O.S.C.A.R is an acronym for Obstacle Sensing Computer Automated Robot, developed as a part of my sixth semester mini project. This robot could sense a stationary object placed before it and would stop immediately. It could remember a path once it was taken on that path and retrace itself back to its original position. Stepper motors were used for the drive and gears were used for transmission of power. Coding was done with C as the back end and Visual Basic front end. |
